Signing up for Oesterling Chimney’s Annual Maintenance Plan ensures your chimney is properly inspected and maintained year after year. Each year, we will schedule your annual chimney inspection and sweep during the first quarter, giving you ample time for any necessary corrective action. This guarantees your system is safe and fully operational by the time cooler temperatures arrive in the fall.
What’s Included in the Annual Maintenance Plan?
Our comprehensive chimney maintenance services include a thorough inspection and cleaning of your entire chimney system. We address the following areas:

- Brickwork
- Siding

- Additional key components
At the conclusion of our evaluation, you will receive a detailed written report with photos for your records. We will also provide a consultation regarding any recommended actions to keep your chimney in top condition.
Note: All services are performed by Oesterling Chimney certified technicians. The cost of the program will be automatically billed to the credit card on file with annual renewals. A 30-day written cancellation notice is required prior to the renewal date. If canceled before the scheduled visit, no refunds will be provided.

Important Note: This pledge does not cover damages caused by unavoidable accidents (e.g., tornadoes, lightning strikes, tree falls, chimney fires, neglect, or misuse). Additionally, it does not apply to failures due to hidden construction defects in the chimney, roof, gutter, or fireplace. The pledge is voided if any unauthorized work is performed by other contractors, homeowners, or handymen on the covered area.
